Description of Service & Core Rules Petfun AI provides an AI-powered media generation platform where users can upload images of pets to generate amusing video clips using our pre-designed templates. No Custom Prompts: Users do not have the ability to input custom text prompts. Generation is strictly limited to our pre-set templates. Strict "Pet Images Only" Policy: You are strictly prohibited from uploading photos or images of real human beings, including yourself or others. Our Service is dedicated solely to pet image processing. We reserve the right to automatically filter, block, or delete any uploaded image that appears to depict a human face or body, and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule. No Unlawful Content: You must not upload any content that is obscene, offensive, violent, infringing on intellectual property, or otherwise unlawful. 3. User Content & Intellectual Property Your Uploads (User Content): You retain ownership of the pet photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant Petfun AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the images solely for the purpose of providing and improving the video generation service. Generated Videos: The final generated videos ("Generated Output") are created by applying our proprietary AI models and pre-designed templates to your uploaded image. You are permitted to download and share these Generated Videos for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Our Intellectual Property: All templates, AI models, software, site design, text, and trademarks (including "Petfun AI" and "TENFLY TECH LIMITED") are the exclusive property of TENFLY TECH LIMITED and its licensors. 4. Commercial Terms, Coins, and Memberships One-Time Purchases: We offer paid services, which include: Coins: Virtual tokens used to generate videos on a per-use basis. Memberships: Premium tiers purchased for a fixed duration. All memberships are one-time, non-renewing purchases. They will not automatically rebill your payment method. No Real-World Value: Coins and virtual goods are strictly digital elements within Petfun AI. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and are non-transferable. Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the right to change our pricing, membership tiers, or coin packages at any time. Any changes will be published on the Site and will apply to future purchases. 5. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy If you believe that any content on Petfun AI infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated copyright contact at support@petfunai.com containing the following: A physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent of the copyright. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TENFLY TECH LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. 7.
